Representation Summary:
-Located on a single site is excessive and will change the village irrevocably.
-Will increase traffic problems with accompanying safety issues.
-Increased levels of pollution (especially from slower morning/stationary traffic).
-Development would greatly restrict the open view to the church and rural landscape. WCC already objected to development on Sites 2/3 because of visual impact.
-Sites 2/3 have been objected due to traffic problems. It is a greater problem for Site 1 as five roads exit onto A425. There is also a pedestrian crossing, bus stop and pub access.
-100+ houses in Radford Semele cannot be sustained by the village.
