Representation Summary:

-No account has been taken on the adequacy or expandability of existing services despite being allocated a 'growth village'.
-Sewage, drainage and electricity systems currently require major upgrading and the development proposals would make matter worse.
-Local school is at capacity with expansions already underway. School run parking already leads to serious traffic congestion and safety problems.

-Budbrooke PC has consistently objected to the development but Appendix 6 implies that the preferred site has their approval which is incorrect.
-The opinion of the residents must be considered. A petition consisting of 830 residents has been case aside.
