Representation Summary:

-The village and surrounding area has no further capacity to absorb any more development following developments Warwick Parkway, Hatton Park and M40/A46 junction.
-Warwick Parkway has 900+ parking spaces. This has increased the traffic flow considerably and leads to cars parking in the village in dangerous positions to avoid car park charges.
-Hampton Magna is used as a short cut to the M40/A46 junction.
-Traffic resulting from any further developments would result in unacceptable traffic congestion, noise and pollution. The area has absorbed improvements to the developments above for the greater good and should not be imposed on further.
