-Does not show any vehicular access so it would be reasonable to assume that access would be off Southam Road which has already been declared as fast, dangerous and congested .
-Any access into Offchurch Lane is totally blind from the left.
-A425 is already heavily congested and unable to accommodate another 100 houses.
-As there are no access proposals shown on the local plan and as Site 2 and Site 3 have already been discounted for reasons of safe vehicular access to the A425, how can Site 1 be deemed as the preferred site?
