-Residents have a long association with the church/churchyard. The beauty of this location will be lost forever.
-Resources have been committed to tree planting to enhance the visual surrounding of the site, should the development be approved these would disappear from view.
-Potential archaeological remains associated with the Civil War.
-Land has been cultivated to a high standard with various crops and contributes to market production thus jobs, tax and reduced imports.
-Development will be incongruous in setting of listed buildings. The ribbon properties north of Offchurch Lane are not a natural fit with the proposed mixed housing development.
