Representation Summary:

-The adjacent listed buildings, especially the church would have their setting harmed.
-All facilities of the village are on the other side of the busy A425.
-The 1994 Planning Inspector's report opposed use of the site for houses and WDC strongly rejected the site as well. The national need for housing does not justify a change in policy.
-The main road is congested and also dangerous at peak times. Additional houses would cause an unacceptable increase in congestion/danger.
-The developer's suggested a 'public green space' in front of the church is not adequate especially looking from the church.
