-The bulge in the boundary to the east of Dugard Place in order to accommodate the extended garden of one house is anomalous.
-It might also create an undesirable precedent for back land development and encroachment on the open rural area.
-The boundary should be set nearer the houses and on the same line as all of the other back gardens.
