-If a road and houses are built on the field at the back of Yew Tree Close, also a wall along the bank of Kingswood Brook. Where will the water go from guttering and build-up of water from the wall?
-The crossroad would be on a dangerous bend.
-Noise nuisance and light pollution would occur.
-New properties' windows would overlook respondent's property.
