Representation Summary:
-Access onto Church Lane and Offchurch Lane are already difficult and. Many of the new residents will commute through Radford Semele adding further congestion. Pollution caused by this would be unacceptable.
-Traffic management is needed, i.e. pedestrian crossing and traffic lights controlling 4 traffic flows, plus Offchurch Lane, will all concentrate at this point and would be extremely dangerous. Such a high density development will destroy the village forever. The Church is a Grade II listed building which the council has a duty to protect and this development runs directly against that duty.
