-Traffic density on the Southam Road is very high, even with traffic calming measures in place; it would not alleviate the problem.
-The size and settings is of historic interest which would be marred by this development.
-High density housing in this location is totally inappropriate.
-Having personally experienced damage to property due to flooding, further development in this area would make matters worse.
