-It is a perfect location out of all the sites considered.
-The area is a large piece of land, only half of the land is used for housing and the other half as 'poppy field' next to the church.
-During summer times, the new home owners and local dog walkers would still enjoy the view of a beautiful coutryside and nice houses next to our church.
-It will be lovely and a great idea.
