-Radfford Semele is a pretty location with large amounts of land.
-Younger generations will prefer this location.
-More houses are needed to blend in with other side of village as it feels cut off due to less houses on East side.
-New shops are needed and post office is dated and old fashioned.
-There is already a crossing on the main road so easy access for school children to walk to school and parents do not need to use cars as it is within walking distance.
