Inadequate time has been allowed for this consultation period. As residents of Cotton Mill Spinney, who would immediately face the proposed new development in Cubbington, we were not told at any point of these proposals. We only heard of this today (20th Jan) because one of our neighbours had been told and happened to mention it. Failure to inform those affected in an appropriate and timely fashion does not consitute an adequate process for consultation and does not allow those concerned to properly consider the plans and implications and to frame a full and considered objection if necessary.
