The proposed housing development will be immediately in front of our house at a time when HS2 is going to be built immediately behind. There is going to be absolute chaos for residents here. If planning permission is granted, the proposed houses will result in a further loss in the value of our homes. Coventry road is already a race track - with the vast majority of vehicles vastly exceeding the speed limit. The authorities have done nothing about it despite our warnings.
