Village Housing Options and Settlement Boundaries

Representation ID: 61189

Received: 20/01/2014

Respondent: Mr Alan Davies

Representation Summary:

There are no facilities within easy walking distance; the canal path to Shrewley is extremely muddy and dangerous.

The lanes are narrow and in a poor state. Additional traffic would serve to worsen this issue.

No mains gas available; more oil tankers will increase traffic problems and deterioration of road surfaces and verges.

Existing sewage problems have necessitated tankers to dispose of sewage that the system cannot cope with.

Additional development will increase the strain on emergency services responses, which are already down to an unacceptable level.

Any development should be in line with the Parish Council's suggestion.
