Option 1, Oakdene Crescent
1.The site is Green Belt, CPRE have confirmed their objection to potential reclassification.
2.The site is an important habitat for protected species. As owner of the land to the south boundary, slow worms and grass snakes have been observed in this area on many occasions. Bats are also a regular sight every evening.
3.Drainage- building would potentially increase the run off of surface water to my land and make it unusable, the lower end already floods in heavy rain.
4. Building would surround my paddock with housing estate on 3 sides, having an adverse effect on its current use for horses. The proposed new Settlement boundary leaves my paddock as Greenbelt but surrounded by housing on 3 sides, hardly a suitable environment for livestock. I am also concerned for the welfare of the animals next to a building site for a prolonged period as horses can be nervous animals.
5.Concerns re the suitability of the roads and junctions in the area to cope with an increased traffic flow.

Options 2 and 3, I object to these proposals for the reasons given in the Parish Council's representation.
