Representation Summary:

Village has restrictive access as single track through the railway bridge and limited capacity sewerage system.
Large development compared to size of present village.
Access through narrow road especially when cars are parked on the road - Arras Boulevard.
Development will increased volume of traffic using Arras Boulevard - minimum of 200 cars.
Only one access road proposed for hundred properties, which is on a blind bend hence increased 'Risk' of accidents or personal injury.
This development is going to reduce the value of my property - what compensation are we entitled too?
Developers to provide new sewage system Curlieu's keeps blocking up?

Development of the village is not the right action to take when there is restrictive access to the village through the single access through the railway bridge and limited capacity sewerage system.
Don't agree with the position of the development chosen due to:
Seems a large development compared to the village and limited access, can the number of houses be reduced?
Road traffic access only through Arras Boulevard - narrow road especially when cars are parked on the road.
This development will mean an increased volume of traffic using Arras Boulevard - minimum of 200 cars.
Only one access for one hundred properties - access to the rest of the estate would be a minimum of two or road straight through estate.
The proposed access to the development is on a blind bend hence increased 'Risk' of accidents or personal injury.
Even putting a 2nd access into Daly Avenue does not help as this is into the middle of the village!
This may be used as an alternative exit off the estate hence increasing the traffic flow down Arras Boulevard!
The house faces straight onto 'Green Belt' and the nice view - What compensation are we entitled to, as this development is going to reduce the value of our property?
Are the developers going to provide new sewage system as our present one keeps blocking up already?
