as my bungalow was nearly flooded last year from kingswood brook [that can turn into a river after heavy rain] I object strongly to housing on land to rear of kingswood cottage concrete and water DO NOT MIX; also the proposed road to this development would be sited twenty five foot from my bedroom window ,who will maintain the banks of the stream [river] at the moment this is done by the residents of yew tree close at their own expense
