Village Housing Options and Settlement Boundaries

Representation ID: 60710

Received: 10/01/2014

Respondent: MR EDWARD SETON BINNS

Representation Summary:

I would support this development, but NOT with the Police retaining the telecommunications and adjacent buildings.

I also have grave reservations over the land between Woodcote House and area 1 The Paddock which at present is being held by the Police and has outline planning permission. In due course when all the other development is completed it is almost inevitable that this parcel of land will also be developed giving a possibility of a further 100/150 houses. Leek Wootton would cease to be a village and would start to resemble a small town.
