During the daytime around six cars are parked along the Old Warwick Road near to the garage causing some congestion especially for the school buses which use this route. If land to the rear of Kingswood Cottages were developed the residents would have no choice but to park their cars on the road so up to five extra cars along that stretch near to the canal bridge and along a route which children take to school. So possibly up to eleven cars along that stretch of road making it difficult for traffic and pedestrians to pass. Access to the land at the rear of the cottages and access to the other proposed development site over the road practically face one another. With cars parked along the road plus access needed for the proposed dwellings this will only add to the traffic congestion currently experienced in this area of Lapworth/Rowington (described as 'Kingswood'). Additionally there are issues relating to flooding of the land which I'm not aware have been sufficiently addressed.
