The site is situated at the end of an already busy residential street. During weekends and evenings the road access is filled with parked cars, some of which also cover the pathway. The construction of a significant number of additional houses will inevitably lead to an increase in traffic using the road and a knock on additional health and safety impact for the current users both pedestrian and vehicle. It should be noted that many of the pedestrian users include small children.
