Cubbington would lose its historical identity.

I strongly object to the proposed development of glebe farm for housing.
Cubbington would lose its identity as a village in its own right.
The infrastructure could not cope with a large housing development. There are inadequate shops, doctors, schools or roads. The volume of traffic on the Rugby Road is already high and we routinely have difficulty negotiating this at peak times.
There are innadequate employment opportunities in the area. All of the major jobs/shops etc are in the south of the town which will put massive strain on the roads.
This is green belt land which is enjoyed by ramblers and supports wildlife. There are other more suitable sites which could be utitlised which would have far less of an environmental impact.
