Representation Summary:

I object most strongly to this development as Cubbington will lose its identity.

I am worried regarding the risk of flooding, as I was a victim of the 2007 flooding losing all of my possessions, it is not a pleasant experience.

The increase of traffic on the Offchurch Road/Windmill Hill is of great concern, myself, friends and family have had numerous near misses at the Windmill Hill/Rugby Road roundabout.

The green belt should be preserved to protect our wildlife, we will be losing enough green fields to the High Speed Rail Line.

Any new homes in the Leamington area should be built on Brown Field Sites e.g. Midland Red Garage, Fords Foundry and North Leam School Sites.
