Representation Summary:

I am not a resident of cubbington but live near the top of the parade west of the campion hills.

I strongly object to the development of the land next to Glebe Farm, i regularly go for walks on that land on the way to cubbington woods and weston under weatherly/hunningham, the views from the top of this land give a remarkable view of leam valley especially on sunny days, it's a wonderful area with plenty of wildlife

Housing should be concentrated south of leamington, there are much better opportunities to improve infrastructure here without impacting too much on other area's.

I strongly object to the development of the land next to Glebe Farm, i regularly go for walks on that land on the way to cubbington woods and weston under weatherly/hunningham, the views from the top of this land give a remarkable view of leam valley especially on sunny days, it's a wonderful area with plenty of wildlife, merging the bad parts of lillington to cubbington is a very bad idea, they have completely different feel to each other, old cubbington is a lovely peaceful village unlike new lillington.

The area's roads would not be able to handle the much increased traffic volume and alot of it would go through the parade area on the way to the industrial estates/retail parks south of leamington, housing should be concentrated south of leamington and south/west of warwick, there are much better opportunities to improve infrastructure here without impacting too much on other area's.

The parade was built in the first half of the 1800's when cars weren't on town planners minds at all, leamington town centre just wasn't developed for high traffic density, making it worse at all costs should be avoided.

Large scale development on land next to Glebe Farm would also ruin life for the residents of the lovely village of Offchurch, already traffic through the village can get quite busy at peak times, residents from the new housing estate are bound to take short cuts to get to Asda and the Shires retail park would make it alot worse and would really impact on people's quality of life, also the road across the bridge into Offchurch can often get flooded which would probably cause accidents for drivers in a rush to get home.

The road system south of leamington is better and has scope for improvement which the Glebe Farm site doesn't and residents wouldnt have far to drive to the Shires retail parks and no villages would be affected by increased traffic.
