objection to development at Glebe Farm, Cubbington:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing as a local resident to object to the above application. I am greatly concerned that the proposal, if it goes ahead, will have significant detrimental effects on the environment and the local community. As a local resident this is a matter of concern which affects me and other local residents as detailed below:

.) Cubbington schools are already at their capacity and therefore a significant increase in population could not be readily supported.

.) The proposal represents an inappropriate form of development within the Green Belt and in the absence of any special circumstances would by its inappropriateness have a harmful impact on the open, rural and undeveloped character of the Green Belt.

.) The road infrastructure is unsuitable for the increase in traffic which could result in a safety hazard.

.) The removal of top soil on this hilly area would invetiably lead to an increase risk of flooding to the village which would worsen the existing drainage problems.

Best Regards
Ben & Angela Smith
