WE FEEL THE AMOUNT OF TRAFFIC WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE ALREADY OVERLOADED ROADS - ESPECIALLY PARKLANDS/TELFORD AVENUE JUNCTION. IT WOULD ALSO INCREASE THE CONGESTION GETTING INTO AND ACROSS TOWN.
THE HEAVY CLAY SUBSOIL ALREADY CONTRIBUTES TO FLOODING IN OUR AREA AND THIS WOULD ONLY BE INCREASED.
THE SPACE BETWEEN LILLINGTON & CUBBINGTON SHOULD BE PROTECTED TO KEEP THE INDIVIDUAL IDENTITIES OF THESE COMMUNITIES.
DEVELOPMENT OF GREEN BELT WOULD IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT AND WILDLIFE.
THE ACCESS POINTS OFF VARIOUS CLOSES/ROADS WERE NOT BUILT TO SUSTAIN AN INCREASE OF TRAFFIC THE DEVELOMENT WOULD BRING.

WE WISH TO OBJECT TO THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF GLEBE FARM PRIMARILY AS WE FEEL THE AMOUNT OF TRAFFIC WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE ALREADY OVERLOADED ROADS AROUND THIS AREA - ESPECIALLY PARKLANDS/TELFORD AVENUE JUNCTION. IT WOULD ALSO INCREASE THE CONGESTION GETTING INTO TOWN AND ACROSS TOWN TO MAJOR RETAIL AREAS.
THE HEAVY CLAY SUBSOIL ALREADY CONTRIBUTES TO FLOODING IN OUR AREA AND THIS WOULD ONLY BE INCREASED.

DEVELOPMENT OF THIS GREEN BELT WOULD DESTROY AND HAVE AN IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES NAMELY THE WILDLIFE.
