1) This is green belt land
2) This area is already prone to flooding & the authorities still haven't sorted the current problems.
3) The lie of the land seems totally unsuitable for building.
4) It will put more pressure on the road infrastructure. There are already accidents occuring @ the Windmill Hill junction & near the Rugby Tavern.
5) This would also put pressure on our local schools & doctors etc, adding to the increase in traffic.
6) The loss of a public amenity in the network of public footpaths.
7) Disturbance to our local wildlife. Many badger sets in the area.
