a.) This is a flood plain 'not safe ground'
b.) this is vastly increase the probability of flooding at the lower end of the village of Cubbington i.e. bottom end of Windmill Hill/ Offchurch Road and all streets leading off. Also lower end of New Street and all properties which were subject to flooding in recent years
c.) high ground at all sides and all directions will enhance the extra probability of heavy floods annually.
