1. Flooding: More houses will contribute to flooding in village
2. Policing: most trouble caused in the village is by youths crossing fields from Lillington. To join us would incur more problems i.e. noise, drunken behaviour, thefts, damage to cars
3. Village has been here since the Doomsday Book, will lose its village atmosphere and community spirit
4. Churchyard is nearly full, no burial ground
5. Major problems with traffic, more accidents.
