Green Belt should be preserved; No infrastructure; accidents on all junctions of the Cubbington Road and difficulty getting onto it during the day; Parklands avenue already used as rat run; side roads not made for extra traffic; Flooding in some Roads; Schools will not be large enough; children should be within walking distance of any school which is better for their health; crops should be grown on this land; should not need extra housing - property should be refurbished and am sure there is a lot in Leamington.

Green Belt should be preserved; No infrastructure; accidents on all junctions of the Cubbington Road; Difficulty getting onto the Cubbington Road during the day; Parklands avenue already used as rat run; side roads not made for extra traffic; Flooding in Oakridge Road and Parklands Avenue; Schools will not be large enough; it will be like Warwick Gates where children will be to be driven to school; children should be within walking distance of any school which is better for their health; crops should be grown on this land; should not need extra housing - property should be refurbished and am sure there is a lot in Leamington.
