The site will lead to further possible problems with flooding in Cubbington with the spread of concrete and tarmac which is inevitable with such a development.
It will also ruin the village environment which is so treasured in Cubbington.
The road congestion which is inevitable form such a development will impinge unfavourably on already crowded road system.
An expensive new schooling facility will be required as well as other services eg health provision.
