I strongly object to the Glebe Farm development, especially on the following grounds:
- I do not agree that local infrastructure, especially roads, could be improved to support such a huge development, when the existing roads around Windmill Hill are barely able to support the current traffic requirements. Access through the roads around Parklands Avenue would also be unsuitable for the increase in traffic from many thousands of extra vehicles.
- Such building could only worsen the already serious problem of flooding in Cubbington
- Cubbington would completely lose its village character and would simply become part of Leamington
