A446 and Rugby Road already two main routes two and from Coventry and Rugby. At peak times traffic is already at its limit.
Cubbington village already prone to flooding, additional housing of this magnitude would exacerbate the situation.
Lack of infrasture to cope with such a development.
Damage to wild life and countryside.
Far too many households for the job market.
It will mean local village schools will not be available to local people.
