I strongly object to the proposed site for development for the following reasons:
1.Flooding of Cubbington and other linked areas due to the geography of the land and the clay
2. Unacceptable increase in traffic that the area cannot sustain both in terms of road infastructure, local amenities and hence safety and quality of life for any residents living in the area particularly children
3. Restricted access to the site
4. Massive negative impact upon flora and fauna
5. It would swamp the surrounding area, change the ethos completely
Other areas are more suitable that do not negatively impact upon people.
