But with the caveat that there may be a need to introduce a major north- south trunk road (ie. an extension of Europa Way northwards) to cater for any housing development in the Harbury area.

Increase the density of housing - require the developer to put in more mitigating measures to develop the site fully.

Until the council can provide better figures for converting this land to housing vs keeping it as employment it does not make strategic sense to convert this to housing and turn green fields to industrial.

former disused sites would be better and less terrible than using the beauty spot at Kings Hill.

Far too much valuable farmland is proposed for development. There has been insufficient analysis of existing redevelopment sites. Proposed densities for the proposed town centre sites are too low.
The towns will become unbalanced with too much development to the south.

help to maintain the present economy of the District by; Stopping the trend (for now) of allowing the redevelopment of exisitng employment premises/sites. The level of housing provision is unlikely to be matched by the level of requisite employment provision.
Please do not overload town centres, they are already under stress, and sites are limited. Put more emphasis on linking job creation in the comprehensive growth areas, and not just in the ubiquitous 'mixed use' designation - consider dedicated site(s) closely associated with those new preferred housing allocations.
