help to maintain the present economy of the District by; Stopping the trend (for now) of allowing the redevelopment of exisitng employment premises/sites. The level of housing provision is unlikely to be matched by the level of requisite employment provision.
Please do not overload town centres, they are already under stress, and sites are limited. Put more emphasis on linking job creation in the comprehensive growth areas, and not just in the ubiquitous 'mixed use' designation - consider dedicated site(s) closely associated with those new preferred housing allocations.
