Houses are planned in the green belt North of Milverton as overflow housing for people employed in Coventry. I would question how many people working in Coventry would look for a home in a newly built suburban sprawl outside Leamington, if something similar were available on the fringes of Coventry. Considering the extra commuting created, putting these buildings next to Leamington may satisfy the requirement to cooperate with Coventry but is not rational. It does not justify losing an area of green belt land in useful agricultural production.
