To introduce housing to this area North of Milverton cannot be supported by the existing infrastructure and amenities. The exceptional circumstances required to remove land from being designated as being Green Belt have not be demonstrated and the process clearly not followed.
The housing numbers estimated to be provided in this location cannot be realistically be offered as supplementing the shortfall of Coventry's housing, bearing in mind there are other areas, of less value, that are located closer to the Coventry, which would have less impact on traffic, etc. The housing would be detrimental to the northern gateway in to Leamington.
