This plan is unsound, and inconsistent with the very nature of Green Belt land. I believe it lacks the exceptional circumstances required to be demonstrated by WDC, to justify it, whilst simultaneously being outweighed by it's negative impact on the environment, agriculture and natural wildlife habitat.
The area north of Milverton is widely used by local residents of all ages, for exercise, relaxation and educational expeditions, and would be of great loss to the community.
