Park and Ride North of Leamington.
People won't see it as a proper park and ride. Just buses calling and they take pot luck to get a seat after waiting huddles in a shelter
It need to be by the A 46 roundabout for easy access and to serve Warwick and Kenilworth if the need arose.
Much a452 traffic for South Leamington industry not for the centre.
Car parking in Central Leamington adequate at present. Future needs can be addressed on the future.
More tarmac means rainwater does not run off easily and this contibrutes to flood risks
