Exceptional circumstances to remove the land north of Milverton from the green belt have not been demonstrated.
There are many other sites nearer to Coventry which could be used for Coventry's housing need. People who live and work in Coventry will not want to buy new expensive houses in Leamington.
The area of green belt in question has a high 'green belt value'. It's loss would have a detrimental effect on local residents.
Farm land & wildlife habitat would be lost.
For many reasons, the park & ride scheme will not work.
