WDC has shown no exceptional circumstances to remove this land from the green belt. The development is for Coventry City Councils needs but there are sites already assessed IN AND around Coventry of lower green belt value which should be used, so why choose Milverton ? The green belt between leamington and Kenilworth is of greater value than other areas closer to Coventry itself so I believe these should be looked at first.
