The revised local plan has not represented the views of local residents and the unique character of the village of Burton Green; nor does it tie in with plans for HS2.
Burton Green has evolved through small scale developments over many years. This high density 'sub-village' is completely out of character with Burton Green.
The additional 90 homes, plus 32 new Park Homes on 'Le Van' site, combined with the relocation of the village hall due to HS2, will create unsafe road conditions on Red Lane for pedestrians and other road users.
