I consider the proposal for Castle Farm unsound the facility already there is community based providing good service for young and old. The proposal is over development because there is inadequate infrastructure, no good access, the site does not support enough parking and is in the middle of a residential area surrounded by schools, houses and nurseries on what is an estate road which is extremely busy and part of the cycle network it is blighted by cars parked on the grass verges already and more traffic will make this a very dangerous road indeed.
