it is on a pronounced slope. It floods regularly. Access will be hazardous, with in sufficient sight lines. Damage to the landscape at a sensitive location. No safe pedestrian access to the village. Noise disutrbance from the M40. Close to the GDA Breeding Centre.
Would affect local employment. No mains water connection. CPO would be required.
