Hatton Green should not be limited to small scale development and allocated for larger scale development and the village envelope amended accordingly.

The 1.05ha site at Hatton Green is located between two existing properties in the heart of the village. Access could be taken off the green and development integrated without visual impact.
The larger 8ha site off Hockley Lane has good access to the Birmingham Road, facilities and bus stop. 90 dwellings could easily be located on the site.
