Representation Summary:

Object to the development of sites in Budbroke / Hatton Park including Oaklands Farm, and sites R125. R75 on map dated 17-5-13. These sites are in the green belt. they are accessed off a very busy section of the Birmingham Road and would be a traffic safety hazard. Development here would also affect the historic and open setting of the town when approached along the A4177. This would result in irreversabkle harm to the landscape. There may also be health issues with housing located so close to a petrol filling station. Some of these sites form part of a green corridor and back on the canal and thereby provide a highly valued recreational area.

Also object to site 115 on map date 17-5-13.This is a large site, close to a narrow strech ofthe A4177 which already suffers from congestion. It is an open, rural area forming part of a green corroidor. Development here would harm the landscape. Surface water drainage on Brimingham Road has previously been an issue and could be a significant hazrd whilst building works are taking place.
