Object to 1250 houses on land west of Europa Way:
Dismay at Council ignoring its own analysis at 2006 public inquiry into Local Plan.
Impact of substantial number of new dwellings on limited river bridges providing access from south to towns. High density of traffic on weekdays at peak times and in the middle of the day on Saturday. Seems unlikely that there is scope for a new bridge.
Areas of restraint and good quality agricultural land supported at Local Plan Inquiry to separate settlements now put forward for development.
One of attractions of District is distinctive characters of Warwick and Leamington. Merging the two will put this in jeopardy.
Suggest another 'Hatton type' development.
