Representation Summary:

To put 4200 houses along these areas opposite Warwick Gates would put too much of a stranglehold on the area in pollution; too heavy road traffic, schools could not cope with the influx; NHS would not cope. You would cause another town between Warwick and Whitnash. In short it would be a monumental cock up.
