Respondent: Mr Brian Langley

Representation Summary:

Whilst I question the need for such extensive housing development over the whole of our local area, based on questionable data provided, a more balanced 'sharing' of development across the local towns and villages on smaller scales, should be welcomed. This proposal seems well balanced, providing not only housing, but enhanced access to and preservation of natural habitats and also a new modern educational facility to serve several different adjoining communities. If we have to endure such development expansion locally, this proposal seems to offer much 'compensation' in the way of welcome additional community resources, not just more housing!
